1. Who we are
This website, skubihotelbook.com, is operated by SKUBIART LIMITED (“we”, “us”), a company registered in England and Wales. Our contact details are on the contact page. By using the site you accept these terms; if you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.
2. What the service is
Skubi Hotel Book is a booking request service. The search form on the home page produces an indicative price only. A booking exists only when we have sent you a written quote, you have accepted it in writing and we have confirmed the reservation. The contract for your stay is between you and the hotel; we act as an intermediary and the hotel's own terms apply to your stay, including its rules on age, conduct and damage.
3. Prices and quotes
Rates shown on the site are starting prices per room per night, excluding taxes and resort fees, and can change without notice. A quote from us is valid for the period stated on it, usually 48 hours, and states its currency. Any service charge we apply appears as a separate line on the quote. We may correct obvious pricing errors before confirming a booking, in which case you may withdraw your request without cost.
4. Payment, changes and cancellation
Payment terms are set out in each quote and depend on the hotel's rate rules. Some rates are refundable up to a stated deadline; advance-purchase rates usually are not. We tell you which applies before you confirm. Requests to change or cancel must be sent by email and are handled under the hotel's policy in force on the booking date. Refunds, where due, are returned to the original payment method.
5. Age and responsible gaming
You must be at least 18 to request a booking. Casino areas are restricted to guests aged 21 in the United States and 18 in most other destinations, and hotels may refuse entry without valid identification. This site does not offer gambling services and does not encourage them. If gambling is causing you or someone close to you harm, free confidential help is available in every destination we list, and we will provide details on request.
6. Using the site
You may browse the site and submit requests for your own travel. You may not copy its text, code or design for commercial purposes, interfere with its operation, or submit false information. Hotel names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify the properties.
7. Accuracy of information
We keep descriptions, amenities and prices as current as we can, but hotels change facilities and policies without telling us, so descriptions are for guidance only. Nothing on the site is financial, legal or gambling advice.
8. Liability
We handle your request with reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for the hotel's performance of your stay, for events beyond our reasonable control, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
9. Privacy
How we handle personal information is explained in our privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
10. Changes and law
We may update these terms from time to time; the version on this page at the time of your request applies. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales and any dispute will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
