Most questions come down to the same theme: what exactly happens between pressing Search and checking in. The short version is that you get a written quote first, and you decide.
Is booking on this site instant?
No. The booking form collects your hotel, dates and party size and turns them into a request. A concierge from SKUBIART LIMITED checks live availability with the hotel and replies with a written quote, usually within one working day. You only confirm once you have seen the full price.
Do you charge a booking fee?
Sending a request costs nothing. If you accept a quote, the total shown on it is what you pay; any service charge is listed as a separate line rather than hidden in the room rate.
Are the prices shown on the site final?
They are indicative starting rates per room per night and do not include local taxes or the resort fees that many casino hotels add at check-in. Your quote will show every component so there are no surprises on arrival.
Can I book a hotel that is not listed?
Yes. The list on this site is our curated shortlist, not a limit. Use the contact page, name the property and dates, and we will treat it exactly like any other request.
How do I cancel or change a booking?
Each hotel sets its own rules, and they differ between refundable and advance-purchase rates. We spell out the cancellation terms in the quote before you confirm, and we handle any later changes with the hotel on your behalf.
What is the minimum age?
Hotel rooms can usually be booked by anyone aged 18 or over, but casino floors are restricted to guests aged 21 in the United States and 18 in most other destinations. Children are welcome at most of the resorts we list, just not in the gaming areas.
Can you arrange show tickets, restaurant tables or transfers?
Yes. Mention what you need in the message field and the same concierge who handles your room will add it to the quote. Popular residencies and tasting menus sell out early, so ask when you request the room.
Do I have to gamble to stay at these hotels?
Not at all. Many guests choose casino resorts for the pools, restaurants, shows and shopping and never visit the tables. This site does not offer gambling of any kind; it helps you book a hotel.
How is my personal information used?
Only to answer your request and, if you go ahead, to make the booking with the hotel. We do not sell data or run advertising trackers. The full details are in our privacy policy.
Which currency are quotes in?
Most quotes are in US dollars because most listed hotels are in the United States. Properties in Monaco and Singapore are quoted in euros and Singapore dollars respectively, and every quote states its currency clearly.
